ECAP rejects parties’ demands for vote recount

ECAP dismissed the complaints as groundless.

The Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) has rejected the complaints presented separately by the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) and the Social Democratic Initiative (NISMA) demanding a Kosovo-wide vote recount.

ECAP dismissed the complaints as groundless.

Reportedly, complaints filed yesterday by these political parties focus on an alleged printing error in the ballot.

They argue that there are only 24 columns in the ballot although 25 political parties were running in the election.
