Wizz Air delays new Prishtina service

Wizz Air has delayed the launch of its new service between Milan and Prishtina.

Flights were scheduled to commence this Thursday but have now been postponed until October 27, when they are expected to run three times per week.

Last year, the Italian market accounted for 1% of Prishtina Airport’s traffic, while Wizz Air was Kosovo’s fourth busiest airline, handling 253.282 passengers.

Wizz Air has been forced to temporarily suspend 31 routes from former Yugoslav markets due to flight bans, travel restrictions, and a decline in demand. Further details for the new Milan - Prishtina service can be found here.
