Government sanctions seven persons and a company tied to Hezbollah
The Kosovo Government decided today to impose sanctions against seven individuals and a company with ties to the terrorist organization Hezbollah.
Foreign Minister Donika Gervalla said the decision would contribute to Kosovo’s partnership with the United States.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora proposes sanctions against seven individuals and a company with ties to the terrorist organization Hezbollah. The proposal is based on their ties with the terrorist organization and their role in financing activities in the Arabian Peninsula. To protect peace and human rights, the decision will contribute to our partnership with the U.S. and other important partners,” Gervalla said.
