Accident in Austria, MFA: Eight injured sought medical help
Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora confirmed that eight people received medical assistance in Salzburg, Austria, following the bus crash.
According to the announcement, seven people have already been released from the hospital, while one is continuing medical treatment.
"Up to this stage, we can confirm that there are no casualties, and seven out of eight people who have suffered injuries, have been treated and are in good health. The MFA will keep you constantly updated on the case," notes the MFA communiqué.
The MFA also said that the Kosovo Ambassador to Austria, Lulzim Pllana, immediately went to the scene and is offering the support of the Kosovo Embassy to all the injured and their families.
Austrian media reported that at 03:00 on Thursday, a bus with Kosovo license plates crashed on a highway near Eugendorf in Austria.
