German ambassador in Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, said he agrees with the statements of the adviser of the American State Department, Derek Chollet, regarding the postponement of the discussions on the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority in Kosovo.

In a Twitter post, Rohde said he was glad that Minister Nenad Rasic has confirmed his participation in the discussion on the issue of the Association, expected to be held at the American Embassy in Prishtina.

"I fully agree: It is very important to move the discussion on ASM forward. Good to hear that Kosovan Minister Nenad Rasic has confirmed his participation in the planned ASM discussion on Jan 31 at the @USEmbPristina.”- he tweeted.

The U.S. Embassy in Prishtina said it had invited representatives of civil society, officials, and politicians to attend the January 31 discussion about the Association.
