Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti argued on Thursday that the decision of the Serbian List not to take part in the elections in the four northern municipalities in April is a clear sign of Belgrade’s control over the party.

“The Serbian List refused to participate in local elections in 4 northern municipalities of Kosovo this April. This is a clear sign of Belgrade’s control over the party & nonstop interference in Kosovo’s domestic affairs. The EU must condemn this prompt violation of the Basic Agreement,” Kurti tweeted.
