Afghan journalists to use Radio Kosova spaces
Afghan journalists sheltered in Kosovo will start working at Radio Kosova premises as of Monday. In addition to the spaces, they will be also provided with working tools in this facility.
Accompanied by the Chairman of the Board of AGK, Xhemajl Rexha, and the Legal Officer of ECPMF, Flutura Kusari, the Afghan colleagues were welcomed today by the Radio Director, Flora Durmishi, as well as the reporters they will be sharing the working spaces with.
RTK General Director, Shkumbin Ahmetxhekaj, pledged to provide the use of the public broadcaster's spaces as early as April of last year when the first Ukrainian journalist took refuge in Kosovo.
AGK and ECPMF thank the RTK leadership for their willingness to help their Afghan colleagues to continue practicing their profession.
