While speaking about the government's achievements during his mandate, Prime Minister Kurti also mentioned the decision to liberalize visas for Kosovo, and the country's path towards integration.

"I hope that our city will serve for productive meetings in the future as well. Thank you for considering Kosovo as a place for investment. The figures have shown that we are on the right track. Foreign investments have doubled and we are very enthusiastic about the achievements we will have in the future. Let's work together to increase the opportunities that lead us forward", he added.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the Vienna Economic Forum, Victor Jackovich, said that Kosovo has made great positive changes over the years.

"We believe that politics and business are not separate but go together. We are convinced that we should continue our work as we have done so far. Kosovo has made great changes. Today you have a functional state and talented people. The forum will continue working with Kosovo and will continue to support Kosovo even further", he said.

During the conference, the Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, addressed the attendees and spoke about the investments made in the energy sector.

"Our path is challenging, but we believe that with strong foundations for an energy sector and with the support of our partners, we will be able to achieve it. On Friday, we will launch the first auction for solar energy that will be built in Rahovec on public land," said Rizvanolli.

"We hope that there will be interest from a large number of external investors to create a support platform that will be transparent and offer the best prices. We have made progress and made some record investments in the energy sector".
