Some workers at Telekom have not been paid after their accounts were blocked due to a court decision regarding a debt of 5.7 million euros owed to Z-Mobile.
The Chairman of the Telecom Union, Lamih Balaj, has urged the State Prosecutor's Office to prevent the destruction of Telekom.
According to Balaj, only half of the workers have been paid, while the rest will have to wait until the accounts are unblocked.
He has stated that they will take legal action to prevent the withdrawal of funds, and has accused corrupt judges of being involved in the case.
The Commercial Court decision obliges Telekom to pay 5.7 million euros to Dardafon, despite having previously paid over 40 million euros to the same company. The CEO of Telekom, Burbuqe Hana, has called the decision illegal and criminal and has accused the judge of being involved in a criminal scheme.
