Yesterday a fire broke out in a plastic factory located in the Business Park in Drenas. The fire is still ongoing but with low intensity.

Firefighters are currently at the scene and working hard to contain the fire. According to preliminary analysis, it is believed that the fire originated from inside the bar.

Nol Dedaj, the head of the Agency for Investments and Enterprise Support in Kosovo (KIESA), stated that they are closely monitoring the situation at the scene and will provide assistance to the company following the relevant institutions' decision, as per the law and mandate.

It is suspected that the waste factory caught fire from a fire inside the interior, but the circumstances will be clarified once the preliminary report is finalized.
