Agim Shahini, the chairman of the Kosovar Business Alliance (KBA), has stated that European countries have mostly benefited from the citizens of Kosovo since visa liberalization.

Over the weekend, more than 2,500 visitors traveled to Thessaloniki and other Greek cities, as per Shahini. According to the KBA's announcement, Greece has become the preferred location for Kosovars to visit on weekends, particularly after January this year.

On average, over the past few weeks, more than 2,500 visitors per weekend have left to visit Thessaloniki and other Greek cities. They are spending, on average, over one million euros on consumption, car insurance, and shopping, according to an AKB study.

The KBA's announcement states that their trip is facilitated by various bus arrangements from many companies and tourist agencies providing cheap offers from Kosovo to Thessaloniki for only 8 euros per person.
