The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo has signed an Agreement of Understanding in the field of Financial Education with representatives of the financial sector: the Association of Banks of Kosovo (SHBK), the Association of Microfinance Institutions of Kosovo (AMIK), and the Kosovo Insurance Bureau.

Memorandum signing took place within the framework of the International Money Week that is being marked by the CBK, accompanied by numerous activities within the framework of Financial Education.

"The purpose of this Memorandum is to advance the comprehensive and establish cooperation in the field of Financial Education so that there are coordinated and coordinated educational activities as a shared responsibility among many other interested parties," the CBK says in an announcement.

Governor Ahmet Ismaili has pledged that the institution he leads will focus on Financial Education, to promote access and financial inclusion of all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
