At a commemorative meeting for the late academician Rexhep Ferri, Prime Minister Kurti expressed his appreciation for Ferri`s contributions as a first-generation painter at the Faculty of Arts of Pristina, describing him as an artist with a great imagination.

Kurti emphasized the lasting impact of Ferri's work and referred to him as a guiding figure for both those who knew him closely and younger generations who could learn from his legacy.

Additionally, Skënder Gjinushi, on behalf of the Academy of Sciences of Albania, and artist Xhevdet Xhafa from London, sent letters of condolence to honor their friend and former colleague, Rexhep Ferri.
