Ismaili: CBK committed to promoting professional growth, development

The Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, Ahmet Ismaili, recently spoke at the "We Lead" project, which is supported by the European Union and organized by the Center of Excellence in Finance (CEF) in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The event brought together heads of institutions and governors from the region to discuss challenges and solutions.
Governor Ismaili shared the panel with Deputy Prime Ministers and Ministers of Finance of Slovenia and Croatia, the Governor of Montenegro, the Deputy Minister of Finance of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a representative of the European Commission.
During the discussion, Ismaili highlighted the strategic initiatives of CBK for improving internal processes and strengthening the institution's capacities. He also emphasized the importance of investing in building specific skills for central banks and the CBK's commitment to promoting professional growth and development through various programs.
Ismaili also emphasized the ongoing efforts of CBK to modernize the institution and advance processes through the Strategic Plan. He highlighted the benefits of EU-supported programs aimed at increasing the professional capacities of the CBK to meet regulatory standards, strengthen financial stability, and promote sustainable economic development in Kosovo.
The announcement also mentioned CBK's commitment to participating in initiatives that support its strategy, retain professionals, and ensure a sustainable contribution to the long-term success of the institution.
